These Terms and Conditions seek to define the terms of sale between SAS Larde Sports, publisher of, and the Customer.

Larde Sports may modify these general Terms and Conditions at any time provided the changes appear on our website.

The Customer may store or publish these general Terms and Conditions it being specified that the storing of or publishing of this documents is the Customer’s sole responsibility.

Larde Sports’ online boutique contains the follow information:

  1. A legal notice allowing for the proper identification of Larde Sports;

  2. A presentation of the main product details concerning the goods for sale;

The details, opinions, photos or different information listed about products are given for information purposes, often directly provided by the manufacturers themselves. If a Customer esteems that they have received a product that is not in keeping with the information provided on our website, they can make use of their Right of Cancellation (see below) in order to receive a reimbursement and/or cancel their order. If the information displayed on our website is incorrect, Larde Sports shall cover the cost of shipping the product(s) back.

  1. The price of products with taxes included shown in euros  as well as delivery costs;

  2. Information concerning methods of payment and delivery;

  3. Notification of your right to cancel an order.

The Customer declares that they are legally capable of entering into these Terms and Conditions.



The Customer may make an order:

LS is committed to accepting orders under these General Terms and Conditions of sale.

Product offers remain in effect while stocks last. If an ordered item is not in stock, Larde Sports promises to contact the Customer as quickly as possible in order to propose a substitute item at a similar price, to reimburse the Customer if the items have already been paid for or to cancel the order. The unavailable articles will be refunded by the payment method used by the customer to pay for the original order (if a discount code was used to pay for the order, the refund is executed in priority on this payment method).

The customer has the possibility to reserve merchandise that is currently being ordered from our suppliers. In the case of an incomplete order, LARDE SPORTS has the right to ship the merchandise when all articles within the order arrive in stock. The customer may ask LARDE SPORTS to immediately deliver the available items within the incomplete order by paying extra for the shipping fees with regards to the second shipment and later shipments.

In the case of cancellation by the customer of the reserved products that requires us to order from our suppliers, a participation fee for the shipping fees may be applied on the remaining products within your order based on the present conditions in article 5.

Preparation and shipping of a Customer’s order shall only take place after reception of payment and due confirmation by Larde Sports. However, for personalised and customised items where the specifications have been ordered by the customer (stringing, flocking, grip modifications etc) we will be unable to make any changes or modifications once the order has entered the preparation stage in store or at the warehouse. If an item in the order is not available, Larde Sports shall inform the Customer of this without delay.

  • Concerning bank cards, Larde Sports reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional proof of ownership of the card whose information was entered during the order. These extra verifications are aimed at preventing the very prevalent fraudulent use of banks card unbeknownst to their owners.

Larde Sports maintains full ownership of any and all products until the Customer pays all costs, fees and taxes connected to their order.

Larde Sports shall not release any good bought by a Customer on to a third-party. The Customer alone is concerned by these Terms and Conditions.

Any service provided by Larde Sports means that the Customer has agreed without reserve to these Terms and Conditions.

Computerised registers and data, which are store stored in Larde Sports’ computer system in reasonable security conditions, are considered proof of communication, orders and payment between parties. They can be reproduced as proof.

On, Larde Sports displays its goods with the details necessary to fulfill Article L 111-1 of the French Code of Consumption. This article stipulates that potential consumers have the possibility of knowing the fundamental details of a good before ordering it.

To use a discount code, please type the code xxx in the shopping cart, where the discount will immediately be applied. Attention! Discount codes are not cumulative and all have an expiration date.

Gift certificates ordered on our site are sent by email to the Customer and bear a code  that the recipîent can use to spend the amount gifted. The Customer shall receive the cheque by email in PDF format allowing them to print the certificate and offer it to the person of their choice.


Prices of products displayed on include all taxes. They are guaranteed unless the French VAT changes. If it were to change, our prices would change accordingly.

These prices do not include costs of packaging, transportation or customs (exports).

When there is an error in pricing and the price is clearly unreasonably low and does not reflect the product’s real value in any way, Larde Sports shall not be able to deliver the good to the Customer. The order shall be cancelled or the Customer shall have to return the good if it has been delivered by mistake.

As part of your package, Larde Sports shall include a detailed bill listing all items purchased and the VAT total allowing companies and liberal professionals subject to the VAT to recover it.

The Customer should keep this bill as it serves as a warranty.

The Customer must pay the full amount of their order, to be validated by Larde Sports, in order for the package to be prepared and sent. At no moment can the amounts paid be considered as deposits or down payments.

Packages are shipped without taxes if they are destined for another European Union country or to the overseas departments (DOM-TOM). Customers are obliged however to declare these goods once they have arrived.


Confirmation of payment begins the shipping process.

Larde Sports reserves the right to not accept an order coming from a Customer which has not fully or partially paid off a previous order. Larde Sports also reserves the right to refuse orders from any Customer with whom current litigation surrounding payments still exists.

The Customer may choose from several payment methods.

Payment via Bank Card

This is the quickest and most secure mean of payment to receive an order in little time.

Equipped with 3D Secure Authentication to avoid fraud, secure transactions with SSL encrypted data is directly handled by the bank.

Payment via PayPal

If the Customer has a Paypal account, they can use it to pay for orders on Larde Sports and sparing the Customer  the effort of having to re-enter their banking information.

Payment via telephone and bank card

The Customer may also pay by bank card over the phone. Larde Sports is open for calls Mondays to Fridays (9h - 13h, 14h - 18h) The Customer shall provide the reference number of the order they would like to pay. The Customer should have their valid bank card ready before calling or emailing.

Payment via check

The Customer may make out checks to: Larde Sports - 11 Rue des Cigognes - 67960 Entzheim. The order reference number should be written on the back of your check.

Orders paid by check are limited to a total amount of €220 taxes included.

ATTENTION: Larde Sports will prepare an order for shipping only once payment has been received. The Customer should not procrastinate to pay for an order in order to avoid stock shortages or consider using a bank card.

Payment via bank transfer

The Customer may pay by bank transfer to Larde Sports. Contact Larde Sports by email so the company can send the Customer their banking information without delay.

ATTENTION: Larde Sports will prepare an order for shipping only once payment has been received. The Customer should not procrastinate in order to avoid stock shortages. They should consider using a bank card.

Other payment methods, foreign currenciesyment via bank transfer

Any other payment method and/or currency must be subject to a specific accord and this may result in supplementary charges. The fees generated by the payment will be at the customer's expense.


Delivery to French overseas departments and Switzerland

Any order to be delivered to French overseas departments or Switzerland is exempt from the mainland VAT. The price shown in the shopping cart will revert to pre-tax pricing once you enter an address in the overseas departments and Switzerland.

It is incumbent upon the Customer to pay any customs duties and costs upon the package’s arrival in the territory or country of delivery.

Delivery in the European Union and Metropolitan France

Any order to be delivered in the EU is subject to the French VAT (20%). Upon reception of the package, there shall be no tax to pay.

Customs fees may apply to persons exempt from the TVA upon reception of the package.


Delivery fees are determined based on the alount of your order after the deduction of discounts such as voucher and e-coupons and vary according to the mode of delivery, place of delivery and sometimes the weight of your order.

The Customer is legally and contractually obliged to check the physical state of the package or packages in the presence of the deliverer.

Unsuccessful Package Delivery

If the Customer has not received any word of the package 10 days after receiving the delivery notification via email, the Customer should contact Larde Sports. Larde Sports shall take the necessary action to open an inquiry. If a package was shipped by La Poste via Colissimo Suivi, an inquiry may take up to 21 days starting from the day of the inquiry’s beginning. If the Customer’s order has been lost, then found by the Post during this period, it will be delivered to the Customer’s address. If the package remains lost after this period, it will be considered lost and Larde Sports shall take the necessary measures to send the Customer a new package as soon as possible at Larde Sports’ expense. If the items previously ordered are no longer in stock, Larde Sports shall contact the Customer in order to come an arrangement: replacement of the item with an equivalent at the same price or reimbursement of the order. Larde Sports is in no way liable for protracted delivery periods exhibited by the deliverer, especially in case of loss or theft of the products or in case of strikes.


If the Customer is absent when the order arrives, a delivery notice from La Poste or the haulier shall be left in the Customer’s mailbox. If the package is delivered by La Poste, the Customer can find the package at their neighborhood Poste location. The Customer may also contact the haulier in order to schedule a meeting.

The Customer should inspect the package in the presence of the delivery person or mail person. If the Customer finds the package to be damaged, they should immediately write their reservations* on the slip presented to him and contact Larde Sports. Larde Sports shall inform the Customer of the steps to take so that the company can receive the damaged items as quickly as possible.

 * If the Customer does not state any reservations at the moment of package’s delivery, no further processes or reimbursements are possible.



In conformance with Articles L 121-20 and seq. of the French Code of Consumption, the Customer has  up to 14 days to exercise their Right of Cancellation without having to give any reasons or pay any penalties. In keeping with our ‘Happy or Get Your Money Back’ policy, Larde Sports extends this period to 30 days starting from reception of merchandise by the Customer.

Items shall be sent back in new condition and should be ready for resale in their original packaging, accompanied by the bill. Return fees shall be covered by the Customer.

  • Racquets: for the return of a racquet to be accepted, 3 conditions must be fulfilled. The racquet should bear no traces of scratching or impact damage on the frame. The racquet strings should be new and not bear any sign of wear. The plastic on the grip should be present and intact.

  • Sports shoes: Shoes should be returned in the original shoe box in which they came. The shoes should imperatively be new and not worn in any case whatsoever.

  • Bags, Clothes, Strings, Grips and Accessories: Products should be new and not used in case whatsoever. In order for the return to be accepted, the packaging must be intact.

  • Underwear and bathing suits cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons

However, in accordance with Article L 121-20-2, the Right of Cancellation from 14 days to 30 days does not apply to goods made-to-order or personalised for the Customer (flocking, racquet stringing, etc.) or to goods that deteriorate quickly (strings, grips, etc.). Larde Sports’  Happy or Get Your Money Back policy does not apply to these goods as well.

For any reimbursement of an order containing a free item, Customers shall return the free item (example: a back-to-school special offering a €19.90 t-shirt after €49 of purchases). If the item is not returned, the cost of this product is subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed. The face value cost of the items is indicated in the offer.

For any reimbursement request for an order paid via gift card or voucher, reimbursements are first and foremost done through providing a new gift card.

Different, possible instances of returns are listed in order to provide the Customer with as much help as possible. Do not hesitate to consult them.

Larde Sports shall deliver goods in compliance with the contract’s stipulations and shall answer for defects of conformity present upon delivery of said goods. Larde Sports shall also answer for defects of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly or installment instructions  when delivery is Larde Sports’ responsibility.

To be compliant with the contract, goods should:

  • Be suitable for normal usage expected from such a good and where appropriate

  • Correspond to the description given by Larde Sports and possess the traits presented to the Customer in the form of samples or models;

  • Possess the qualities that the Customer rightly expects considering the public declarations made by Larde Sports or the manufacturer;

A legal warranty of conformity of 6 months applies to purchases, especially racquets. Therefore, if a racquet is defective beyond what is caused by normal use, the Customer can return it to Larde Sports. The item shall undergo thorough analysis by Larde Sports and shall be returned to the manufacturer/provider in order to determine whether or not the item is defective. The process takes around 1 month.

If the return is accepted, the Customer shall have the product exchanged if it is in stock or receive compensation from Larde Sports.

The Customer is expressly informed that Larde Sports is not the manufacturer of any goods shown on the website under law n° 98-389 of 19 May 1998 on the liability of defective products. Therefore, in case of damage caused to a person or good due to a defective product, only the manufacturer’s liability can be sought by the Customer, based on the information listed on the product’s packaging.
