Our website, is accessible 24/7, but you can also contact us by email at [email protected]. Our customer service works from Monday to Thursday from 9-13 and from 14-18 and Friday from 9-13 and from 14-17.

4. Rapid delivery :

All orders are shipped by UPS (72 hour delay within Europe and 5-10 days elsewhere) or by a different carrier, without extra fees (except heavy equipment). Orders can also be withdrawn from stores and are delivered 2 times a week at the stores. These delays can be slightly prolonged from time to time.

5. Satisfied or Reimbursed :

If the article that we have delivered does not meet your expectations, whatever the reason may be, we can exchange or refund the product. All you need to do is send the product(s) back to us within 30 days of the delivery date (brand new and in the original packaging/see our General Terms and Conditions of Sale - Article 6).
